Energy Conservation Day Program
The Physical Science Association conducted a program on Energy Conservation Day on 14th December, 2023. A special assembly was conducted in which Nadiya read the importance of the day. Soumya was the compere for the program. A Speech Contest was conducted on the topic 'Renewable Energy Sources : A Sustainable Future', in which one student from each department had participated. A Poster Competition was also organized on the same topic. Gini from Maths department won the first prize in the Speech Contest while I (Janet - Social Science) won the first prize in the Poster Competition.
An exhibition was also conducted in connection with the observance of Energy Conservation Day. A video on the importance of energy conservation was shown and working models of sustainable energy sources were displayed. All the posters made by the five departments were also displayed.
